Hi I'm Josh, Founder of Revival Elements. After working in construction for over 10 years and living an unbalanced lifestyle I experienced burnout, disconnect, avoidance and suppression. 

I realised that recovery is just as important as achieving the results. I started my journey learning about myself and implementing self development work. Some of that was changing old programming, changing habits and beliefs, becoming clear minded and setting goals. Creating a stronger mindset facing the things that once held me back,  learning to work with myself and not against myself. So I decided to create Revival Elements!
